Meeting with the Islamic Minister to discuss the
promotion of Islamic Values.

The minister of Islamic Affairs, Dr. Ziyad Bagir met with the Director General and staff of National Counter Terrorism Centre to Discuss the promotion of Islamic values. In this meeting, the newly gazetted rule on the use of foreign religious clerics for the month of Ramadan was discussed.

In addition, the use of the school curriculum to promote Moderate Islamic Values and the spread of secular ideology and the way forward to counter the anti-Islamic rhetoric that is being propagated through the social media was also discussed in the meeting.
