NCTC conducts a leadership program for IASL

NCTC Conducted a leadership program for staff of Island Aviation Services Limited (IASL) . The participants of the program were 30 young staff of the age category 18-25 years selected from various departments from the company

The program is an initiative of the Managing Director of IASL Mr. Abdul Haris to nurture and develop junior leaders in the company. Subject matter experts from different fields took lectures in the program. The lecture "Nationalism and citizens" was taken by Mr. Ashraf Ali, the president of "Dhivehi Bahuge Academy". The lecture "Loyalty in the light of Islam" was delivered by Dr. Ibrahim Zakariyya Moosa, Dean of Postgraduate Studies, Islamic University of Maldives.

The three lectures by NCTC staff include "Corporate Loyalty", presented by LTC Hussain Ibrahim, "Challenges and Threats for Aviation Sector" presented by Maj Ibrahim Naeem. The concluding lecture was presented by Director General of NCTC, Brigadier General Zakariyya Mansoor.
